The terms

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. Opensource ICT Solutions may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Opensource ICT Solutions may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. Employees of Opensource ICT Solutions are not eligible to participate.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Giveaways shall start on the date specified on the Opensource ICT Solutions Linkedin post and shall close on September 13th 2020. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.

HOW TO ENTER

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately. You are only eligible to win if:

You follow our Linkedin page.

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Linkdin via our official Opensource ICT Solutions account within seven business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, Opensource ICT Solutions reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Opensource ICT Solution’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

PRIZE

The promotional prize shall be a Opensource ICT Solutions Zabbix goodie pack as indicated in this post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

SHIPMENT

Unfortunately we don’t ship to Iran, Iraq, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Brazil, China, Israel, Kuwait and Russia . As well you will need to be currently residing in a country with a postal address for us to send the package to.

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Opensource ICT Solutions may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram post and/or Instagram stories.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Opensource ICT Solutions, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

GOVERNING LAW & COMPETENT COURT

The Giveaways are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
